I shopped around for my loan rate and the closing costs and fees. I finally found Grant at Peak Financial. Right from the start I felt confident in his ability to work for me to get me the best rate and minimal costs at closing. Closing costs and rates were all different so Grant created a spreadsheet with comparisons which clearly showed each fee as less and the best rate. After that, he watched the rates a couple times a day and touched base with me on when to lock the rate. This was great since they changed upward for a few days and he had the insight to wait for them to go back down. He got my loan for the best rate, answered all my questions in detail, quick to respond back when I called, and held my hand every step of the way. We've used Peak Financial and Grant three times (2 new home purchases and 1 refi) and I would highly recommend them. Each time Grant has made the process easy, seamless and smooth. He always provides a detail report about your loan, that shows every little item you're paying for. I have never seen any other lender provide something even close to this level of detail.
