We applied for a very low interest rate mortgage. Our Broker, Jason Kaplan, assisted us every step of the way; from loan application to property closing. My wife and I barraged him with questions during the entire journey and he replied professionally, explaining all the details. When we texted him, he would quickly respond, when we phoned, he usually picked up on the first ring. Also, he was efficient as liaison with realtor, bank, etc. We recommend him!
