There is some type of fraud or illegal activities going on within this bank . I’ve been a customer for years but this week will be my last . On 08/12 I had around $315 in my expense account. I then made two deposits from cash app one for $540.38 and one for 786.59 . After those deposits my balance showed around $1640 . I made two transactions totaling $60-65 . When I checked my account immediately after everything was fine . However later that night when I went back to check my account only showed $394 … WHERE DID MY MONEY GO ??? My account isn’t even showing any transactions from 08/12/2023 . I checked again on 08/13/2023 and it showed the exact same . No deposits or transactions from 08/12/2023 . I worked for TD bank for over a year , I am well versed in how overnight processing works . The federal reserve only processes M-F not weekends so there is no other excuse other than Sharonview doing shady underhanded business . To top it off they have no customer service on weekends … so if this happens and you’re having an emergency you’re stuck !! It’s funny how this issue NEVERRR happens during the week when they are open . I have submitted a complaint to the BBB AND FDIC . If my account isn’t balanced out tomorrow followed by a logical explanation I will be moving forward with an attorney.
Do not do business with Sharonview. I went to close my account and they had taken my money. They refuse to make this right and say it was taken as fees. Their attitude was horrible.

I have been a member of Sharonview since 2010 and they have been a great ally in building my financial assets. Always friendly and helpful staff, and amazing rates on loans and savings vehicles. Highly recommend joining.

Bad service. I spoke with an agent who has her office all the way to the right from the entrance (didn’t get her name obviously because she never introduced herself). I was trying to open an account and/or get an auto quote but she sent me right out after 5 mins before trying to at least run my credit. She literally said “If your credit score isn’t greater than 800, we won’t give you any better rate than Bank of America” and ended the conversation. I left and didn’t even bother to open an account there, She didn’t even greet me when I walked out. Not only I didn’t feel welcomed and experienced bad customer service, I think Credit Union is unprofessional. Never want to put my money there

Worst customer service in the banking world
Read the reviews ATM is always down so if you need to deposit anything after hours you’ll be out of luck if an emergency.

ATM is always down, and the management is horrible. Do not recommend if you are looking for a good place to bank. Run from this place! Look at all the previous reviews. Every time they respond with they will “investigate further” and act like they can’t find their own members lol. How long does it take to fix an ATM and get a better manager? Years apprently…

The ATM of this branch is always broken, I cannot deposit money whenever I want because it is always broken, besides that it is difficult to communicate with them, on Saturday someone took money out of my bank account and nobody helped me, I have to wait until today Monday at 9am to fix something,they say they have Spanish speaking staff but they are always busy and never answer the phone

The ATMs are always down at the South Carolina locations. We are now at another week waiting on your ATM in Simpsonville to be fixed. I have sent two mails to the company without response.

The worst bank I've ever experienced! My family and friends have seen all of the issues I've had and have tried to talk me into closing out my account but I've tried to give them chance after chance. I finally came to my breaking point when they wouldn't waive a NSF of a purchase that I didn't authorize. I even gave them a letter from PayPal stating that they investigated the charge and that I didn't authorize the payment so the bank would need to waive the fees. I went to the bank handing them the letter after customer service still declined to honor the letter. Well, the teller and branch manager both said that they wouldn't waive it either. I also tried to close out my account but now I have to wait 5 days to close it out because of a pending charge from a Pizza Inn visit over a week ago. The weekend of my honeymoon, they shut my card off because too many charges back to back to them seemed like "fraudulent" charges and I couldn't call them because it was on a weekend. They also did it in the middle of a girls trip to Cancun, after I had already called them before we left to let them know that I would be using my card out of the country. Stay far away from Sharonview!
