ATM at the Greer location is always down

I went to Sharonview to get some help with my on-line banking, order checks and try to set up Venmo (I am not techy). The wonderful teller was able to help me with most of it, so I thought maybe she could help me with Venmo. She wasn’t able to, but she got “Amanda” to help me! She was very helpful as she walked me through the process! I cannot say enough positive things about these ladies! Thank you!

I have been a customer since 1998, decided to close my account recently and they made it very difficult to do. They want you to show up in person. It would cost me more in gasoline to drive to the nearest location than I have in my account. Their customer service stinks; I have been disappointed in them before, but never again.
