My mortgage was sold to Newrez ...having to call them multiple times .Stayed on phone for 2 hrs and 20 minutes ...talking to customer services , then transfered to escrow , they could not solve the issue (regarding escrow) Dumped me to Insurance dept....they also could not solve it...Said customer support could do it...was shifted to multiple customer support agents...last of the customer support agents was belicose and blaming me for their lack of solving issues...Then transfered me to some supervisor of customer support Amy...who just upped the antenna with being rude and bellicose...wanting again to blame me for theur lack of taking care of issues in escrow transfer from last mortgage company...Hope they sell my mortgage again...and soon...Some of the rudest customer support have ever dealt with...Definitely run from this mortgage company ...
A bunch of crooks. Avoid at all cost.I give them no stars.
Stole $1300 from my account for forced flood insurance. Even sent me a letter saying FEMA revised my flood zone map and I would be reimbursed my monies. I know I paid a surveyor to do the work to get home back out of the flood zone that it should have never been in. No one answers the calls finally when they do they say not their problem and hang up. Scammy.
Panders like they care about veterans. Their constant emails are gross. I can't believe my mortgage company sold to a self proclaimed shell company. They take advantage of veterans, reputable companies be-aware.
The absolute worst mortgage company we’ve ever dealt with. Hidden fees, poor customer service, an overall scammy experience. If you have the option to go anywhere else, please do!
Website throws API errors while attempting to set up payment. Impossible to make payment online. They share your data in every possible way unless you call and ask otherwise according to their documents.
If I could give no stars I would, I have been trying to call this company for 5 days to no avail, all phone numbers tied to this company have a robo voice that says call cannot be completed, please try again later...this is my mortgage company and we have had a catastrophic event and I MUST speak with someone TODAY....I wonder if I stop paying or switch companies they will respond????? You have my name so look up my number, it starts with 414-......
Absolutely the worst place to do business, no one knows how to do their jobs here.
We were on our last mortgage payment. We had to contact them several times by telephone to settle payment. Then our bank had issues sending a wire payment. New Rez had no helpful instructions. When we asked them to call their bank to find the problem we were told they couldn't call their bank to discover why our payment wasn't accepted. Worst mortgage company we've dealt with!
RUN HORRIBLE RUN FAR AWAY You will be highly disappointed and frustrated with this company and how they manage your loan. It’s difficult to pay off your loan and they have thousands of dollars worth of hidden fees. If you choose to go with this horrible company you have to ask specific and clear questions or they will gladly withhold valuable information.
