I have been banking with CFFCU for over 3 years, I have also been banking since I was 16. I have never received a text from a bank especially communicating sensitive and important information. What happened to call and email. I feel like my needs were taken less seriously because of this. In addition to their mobile banking not being up to date. I am considering banking somewhere else.

Many of our members prefer text communication but we are always happy to pick up the phone and call if that's preferred, I'll be sure to make a note on your account of your preferred contact method.
