My husband was an existing customer and took me in to the Greenville North location so we could open a joint account. Not only did the Branch Manager, Lidie recognize my husband, she remembered his name and pulled his information up straight away. The whole process was easy and convenient. While there my husband also decided to apply for a holiday loan, which again, was an easy and convenient process and we received communication later that same day. We never felt rushed or unimportant during any of the transactions, in fact, it was very apparent that we had Lidie's undivided attention. The next day my son went down and opened an account as well. Since that visit a week and a half ago, Lidie has personally checked in with me as a new customer and offered her direct information should I have any questions or concerns. The level of service I have experienced is top notch and I couldn't be happier!!
