While I can appreciate my questions being answered and requested services completed, it would be nice if your representatives had better phone etiquette when handling requests. If something is "done" for me it doesn't hurt to let me know it was done instead of an "Ok" *dead silence* then another "Ok."

Veronica was very helpful as I had a complicated transaction. Anything that she didn’t know she quickly ask another clerk and the whole time with a smile on her face. I really appreciate her customer service.

Never left a review for anything but I'm happy to do so now and happy to say that year after year all of your tellers all of your employees are helpful knowledgeable and patient and have all the time in the world for me I'm never going to leave you guys thank you so much for the years I've been there and the lady yesterday was fantastic knowledgeable patient helpful some kind of miracle I was actually hoping the lady I dealt with last time was there because I thought she's the best now I realize you're all fantastic you must have one hell of a training program thanks again y'all see you soon

Edited: Initial review 5/5: Ana was very helpful giving us information before deciding to open an account. Opening an account was transparent, quick, and easy! We are excited to continue building a relationship with them! Since becoming members, have reached out for a few things and either did not get a response after a couple of attempts (like trying to open an account/credit card) or had a very delayed response when asking for mortgage rate options since we were hoping to use a local lender. Not the end of the world, just was hoping this was something that would be better since switching from a large bank to a local credit union.
