This was my 3rd home purchase in the last 3 years and BY FAR working with this group I had the best experience. My biggest praise was the people and the genuine drive to help the buyer (me). They fixed issues I didn't think were fixable, they gave me the best rate, inspection and appraisal recommendation. At no point did I feel like I was out of the loop. They had flexible schedules and worked around my hectic schedule including weekends and nights. Loan Officer Austin Bergstrom and Katherine Leak with American Security Mortgage were great 👍 Connor McErlean and Rebecca VanderKolk were able to look at a house for me when I was out of town and in my behalf put in an offer, I was surprised to see that the house was better than I expected. I move in soon and couldn't be more excited!
