Karen went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She went the extra mile again and again to walk me through the mortgage process as a first time homebuyer, and was continuously available to answer questions about the area, the process, or what I should expect. There’s a lot of things that were worrisome relocating from Ohio to South Carolina, but my loan process was definitely not one of them. Karen clearly knows her stuff, and made me completely confident we would get to closing on time with everything taken care of flawlessly. Karen’s level of expertise in the Charlotte area is clearly evident, and her willingness to go above and beyond to answer every question for her clients is unlike anything I’ve seen in the industry. If you want to guarantee you’ll close on time, while getting next level service and a personal touch, then choosing Karen is a no-brainer.
Karen was extremely responsive and knowledgeable helping my wife and I through our home buying experience in a new state.
