I want to start by saying I was very nervous about trying to get a loan. Haven’t had much experience with them for one and two most ppl I had talked to acted as if “ommmg let me guess you need money” type. I mean you’re already 9 X out of 10 already hating to have to get one, last thing you need is to feel bad about it. So I called around cause I honestly didn’t even think I could get one (I don’t have any credit) and Kristen answered the phone she was so dang nice. It was a breath of fresh air honestly. Not only did I end up getting the loan I met an amazing staff that wants to help you, makes you feel very appreciated for your business, & lets you know you’re in it together. They also make sure all my payments will be due on my actual pay day (not a couple days before/not couple days after) on my actual pay days. I have to say I was 💯% pleased and grateful with the service & pleased to build this relationship.

They take their time to greet and engage in conversations with their customers and treat everyone as a person, a member of their family and as I said, they are so willing to help with whatever your situation is! No one wants pity and they don’t pity you, they sympathize with you and try their best to assess your situation and try to find a way to somehow help you get out of whatever bind your in and all they want is for you to be honest, pay your dues, talk to them and IF you can’t just at least try and keep in contact with them!!
