The employees in the Florence office is very professional and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Melissa was very outgoing and understanding. They take care of their customers and I would definitely recommend 👌

My experience at Kinsmith Finance was and still is absolutely amazing!! Customer service is 100% their top priority! Troy is the absolute best he done all he can to help me during my time of need! Kinsmith finace we're really helpful!! I had Ms Melissa helping me with a loan and she was very sweet and outgoing never met someone as sweet and outgoing as her!! Everyone was so nice including Mr Eric wonderful man!!!

I just want to say thank you so much to Kristen Wilson. Her personality and attitude was great. The customer service was everything. She greeted me soon as I came into the the door. And her smile will light up a whole room. I will be referring people to Kinsmith.
