Katie just handled our first home purchase and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very communicative and clear about what was needed and expected of us. She was always willing to answer any questions (even repeat ones!) and made sure we stayed updated and informed on any changes or progress in our application process. She made us feel confident about our purchase and made sure we were educated about every step. We highly recommend using Katie and Guild Mortgage!
Katie is overall such a charismatic and hard working person! This was our first time buying a home and I can say with full confidence if we ever were to buy again we will be choosing her. She leaves no stone unturned and answered all of our questions. Because of her our home buying process was such a breeze even as first time home buyers!!
As a first time home buyer, I was so skeptical and worried about the process, however, Katie made it extremely easy, and helped me out so much! She helped me get the most out of buying a home and helped me enjoy the process! 10/10 recommend!
