Working with Silverton Mortgage was an enjoyable experience. I will admit that as a first-time house buyer, the experience left my emotions all over the place. I can't even begin to say how appreciative I am to the Silverton team members, but Mrs. Sheila Harris deserves special mention. For me, she went above and beyond! She provided me with all the information I required to guarantee me closing. My circumstances made it difficult, but she always found a solution! I'm very grateful that Shelia and I were able to close on my home through our hard work and excellent teamwork. Thank you so much for this opportunity, Shelia! You are incredible! Shelia is extremely informed and professional, and she will make every effort to guarantee that you meet the requirements!
I wish if Google had a 0/5 rating, if they did I would have given Silverton mortgage that rate and the WORST OF THE WORST is Amy Goodrum she gave us a go around for 3 months for the loan and even after giving her everything she declined us while my bank closed us in 2 weeks. She is the worst of worst..she will never pick up any calls or respond and ask love to ask a lot of personal questions. NEVER recommending this company to anyone.
