I spoke with a representative named Muzette. Just when I was feeling pretty discouraged about being unemployed I received a call from Muzette. While it was her job to call about my account, we had a long and personal conversation about the current state of things and how my own perception and attitude can affect my life and situation. It was completely inspirational. She lifted my spirits in a way that no one has for a long time. I wish I could have her as a personal coach every day, but I will never forget our conversation and the message she imparted to me. Thank you Muzette!
