I spoke with Ezekiel Burkley multiple times yesterday ask our a HELOC. I asked repeatedly for something in writing to go over with my husband. He insisted on setting an appointment to speak to us both on the phone today. He even had the nerve to tell me " this takes me about an hour to put together, if you're not seriously interested, I'm not wasting my time on this. " He wasn't pleasant to speak with, I didn't do this for leisure, I can assure you I was serious and not doing this for fun. I told him I thought we wanted something in writing to compare to other offers and he insisted on a call and even chose the time. We made ourselves available and waited on him.... NOTHING! I text and called, no response. Very unprofessional.

PLEASE - try another option before trying these guys.

Misleading in effort to get personal information. Could only approve a small percentage of the loan amount offered.

Tried to get a home equity loan with this company. Yea what a joke they are. We hade good credit scores I owned my house 250 thousand+ and it was like we owed them something before we even signed any paperwork. Vice president and loan officer are not professional. would not communicate or call when we asked for clarification. ALMOST FELT LIKE A SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. they spoon feed you info then say different. I went with Rocket Mortgage and am in a better place USER BEWARE...

I can't believe that anyone would give these people their confidential information. I foolishly answered an email that offered to update my home's market value. As soon as I did, my cell phone began ringing....I received 12 calls within 5 minutes from these jokers. They call from different phone numbers, so that they have to be blocked on each line (12 blocks). This certainly looks like and smells like a scam - but I guess some folks actually get mortgages from them? This kind of creepy harassment certainly wouldn't make me want to have anything to do with them. Look at the reviews....so many of them actually identify themselves as employees. Dang, if you want to pad your stars....maybe don't admit you're doing it??

These scammers have called me 12 times after me asking them to stop. I answer again on the 13th phone call and they laugh at me, really what kind of company is this. Horrible company and employees !! 0 stars

A company that once they get your information they will spam you to death. Companies like this need to be put out of business.

They keep calling me from all different numbers. That means to me they are a desperate company looking for business. They are still calling me from about 20 different numbers. They must be really desperate for business.

Exceptionally pushy. Every few days, I'd get a phone call being rushed to send them something else. Each time, we'd get further and further from what I asked to get out of the refinance. They went on about how they offered "the lowest rates" and I almost believed them. I went through paying for and getting an appraisal, weeks and weeks of being rushed to send "one more document". Finally, we're near the end and then I get hit with "you'll need to come up with a few thousand dollars up front..." I stopped listening. I then made one phone call to my current bank and got a matching rate. I would rate 0 stars if I could.
