Where? Can I even start with ,Edwin. I started my process with him back in June. He is truly a very understanding and patience man. Every time I called he pick up the phone for me. I cry on the phone many times with him( he didn't run). He was response was, I got you and this house is yours.. He work long and hard for me . His words will never be enough to should him. How very greatful for his personalize ,kindness and patience. Going with him you ,will not go wrong.
I would give this business a -1 star if I could. I want to start by warning others to think twice before using company. The "President" of the business is actually the worse broker to get stuck with. I worked with him for over THREE months trying to close my home loan. He is quite rude and completely unprofessional. He ended up costing me so much additional money that I wouldn't have had to pay, if he know how to effectively do his job! His own employees do not want to have anything to do with him. The people that work with him spent more time apologizing for his behavior, than they did with processing my loan. Save yourself time, money, and undue stress by bypassing this company!!
Walter finally closed my loan after several delays, and extra expenses to myself. His service was terrible, and I would not want another home buyer to have to go through what I went through. I almost lost the home, but thankfully the sellers were understanding.
