Veterans United was so helpful! There was no added stress; an awesome experience!
If I could give their customer service reps less than 1 star I would. No one ever seems to know what is going on. One girl sounded very drunk during the day when I called. Going to refinance and go to Vista credit union.

Working with veterans United was a pleasant experience the whole way through. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I got the financing terms that I wanted. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Signing paperwork online was quick and easy and made closing a snap. Painless experience.
Good job. Tim did a get job of keeping me up to date on the loan process. He even helped me find a better insurance person. He knows the area well and is very knowledgeable about homes and loans for this area.
