I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. I was new to the home buying market and was purchasing my house on the east coast when I still resided on the west coast. There was always a response to my questions, no matter how silly they probably were. The process was easy to do, and they explained everything and more. I would absolutely recommend Veteran’s United, and have done so on my Facebook posts.
The staff at Veterans United are friendly but the organization is not a friend to Veterans. They are more expensive to work with meaning higher interest rates. My wife and I needed assistance and before they could even determine what we qualified for I received nasty grams about foreclosure and their company appraising my house to sell. Keep in mind this is all within 30 days of a payment. This isn’t my first home but by far the worst mortgage company I have had to deal with. I recommend using Pen Fed and Navy Federal for a loan. Steer clear of this company.

Shawn is the ultimate professional. He is very knowledgeable regarding the loan process. He takes the timeout to explain areas in the loan process that may seem a bit confusing. Highly recommend
I will never recommend nor send anyone to you. Still working on an extremely formal complaint.
