Worse mortgage/My loan was sold to them, never was notified, contacted them and still waiting.

Horrible communication from this lender. After my mortgage was transferred from Mr cooper I have been trying to reach them but they never respond back.

I hate that your mortgage loan can just be sold to anyone. These smaller companies just don't have the same standard of service. There's no option to communicate with Roundpoint through my online dashboard. I literally have to Google to find a contact phone number. And now I've been trying to get a hold of someone for 15 minutes, and the phone service just routes me round and round. I love to support small businesses, but honestly, when it comes to banking and loans, the risk with poor service is just too high.

I had my payments paused because of COVID and as the date got close for the payments to me due I called 2 months in a row and spoke to someone who told me I could spread the balance out over 6 months. Today when I call, the lady keeps telling me my loan is over 6 months past due. The loan has been in COVID relief for 6 months. She also tells me that I am not electives for the payment plan her coworker told me I was eligible for on the past 2 phone calls. They will lie to you. I would get anything in writing you can because their phone reps will lie. They also set me up on some thing that would spread my loan out for more years (more interest) and if I got onto the payment portal and try to make a payment they would take that as confirmation that I want to agree to this plan that changes my loan length. So my payment is late because I had to get someone on the phone because I couldn’t pay it through the portal and they are charging me a late fee 🙄 I did not choose this company. My loan got sold to then and I pray it gets sold again to someone better 🙏🏻

There is no, absolutely no customer service. My loan was transferred from Mr. Cooper to RoundPoint. There is no support to help in the changeover.

Mr. Cooper sold my mortgage to this company. Certainly not a warm fuzzy feeling. It's the 13th of the month - no welcome package yet. Called them. Obtain info to make pmt online and guess what? I CANNOT make payment using just Apple. So, you buy my mortgage and now you are going to tell me which platform I have to use to pay my mortgage in this day and age? My partner uses Google Chrome, but I prefer my iPad. Sorry, Google. I like you for reviews, maps, etc., but why the bias RoundPoint?

I’ve had nothing but troubles. The phone customer service is horrible. I’ve tried to speak to a person several times and I can’t get past the automated responses. I’ve tried to email them to set up automated payments and the email is rejected as spam.

STRONGLY URGE YOU AVOID THEM! Read these reviews! Terrible mortgage company! They bought my parents loan recently. My dad died in 2019 and my mom is on everything and they won't even take her payment.

Horrible customer service!! They answer calls send you paperwork but never explain information, I was unemployed and took the covid none payment offers. Never explained, it needed to be pay after 3 months payments together. Plus, they charge you $75 and $20 fees awhile no payment where done. I ask for bi-weekly draft. Sent paper work and I was told two payment needs to make in advance before draft took place. They take forever to answer the phone 30 minutes or more.
