Our experience with Lennar was exemplary, Viet Tran, Lorraine Jones, Danielle Roach & Kasey Lasley were wonderful to work with! Lorraine was front line in the effort and she epitomized patience throughout the process!! This was a stressful task at times, we were the cause of much of the challenge giving we were in two different states during, and most documents needed were in a third! To that end we needed help from our son which gave her another layer of complexity. If that wasn't enough, the unfamiliarity of not only the process, but the lack of technical skills on a computer and internet certainly exacerbated the effort. Without her the transaction could've turned into a nightmare, instead she made it as pleasant as possible. Bottom line, thanks to all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and major kudos to Lorraine! We recently closed on new home in Conway, SC. The whole process was very smooth from the start to the finish, even when there was a change in finance managers about 6 weeks from closing. Bryon was the one that I started with and keep me updated during the entire process then Jessica stepped in and did not miss a beat! I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to go through the process. My experience was great and so was Jessica!!!

The mortgage process went pretty smoothly. Stephanie Wooten was responsive and very helpful as our loan officer. This is the first time we were able to apply for it all digitally. That made it much easier than having to mail or fax everything in.

As first home owners, Lennar mortgage is the easiest and smoothest way to get your home mortgage loan. All the the people we met who works for Lennar were very kind and patient with our questions and doubts, they responded immediately even out of there normal work schedules. All of them, from the agents who showed all the models ( there were 5 different ones) to the loan officers thst we had the great pleasure to meet(Andrea Ramey and Don Randolph), the very young and dilligent construction manager (Ben Catoe), our new home orientation agent (Suzy Botsford). All of them were extremely awesome.Thank you all!
