I needed a mortgage and talked to Mary Kay. She is polite and friendly. And most importantly she knows exactly what to do, to make getting a mortgage simple and painless. She is a motivated individual who gets things done very fast. I highly recommend harbor mortgage for you new home. I would’ve given 10 stars if I could!!

These guys were great with assisting me with my first home buying experience. They were understanding, helpful and even though we were not able to have many face to face interactions they kept me well informed and answered any questions or concerns I had promptly. The process was very smooth and they accommodated my busy schedule. I highly recommend.

We used Harbor Mortgage and they were great. Mary Kay sure knows her stuff for a new Savannah buyer. She diligently worked for us, holding our hands as we fumbled our way through this and that. If it wasn't for her education and determination, surely we would have not done well. I have rated this five stars because it is the maximum that google will allow. Were there seven more stars to add, I would gladly do it. You really can't go wrong trusting these fine people.

David was very genuine in seeking to get the job done somethings just didn't line up but at the end of the day I'm a homeowner and he made it happen preciate the work David.

David and the team at Harbor Mortgage just closed my 5th and 6th loans with the company within a week of each other. He stayed late and worked weekends to put the deals together. David has always been relentless in finding me the best rate and terms for residential mortgages. I bring him the craziest deals, and he always comes up with a way to finance them. I really had forgot how long and cumbersome the process of taking a loan from application to closing really was be the team at Harbor Mortgage was so professional in doing the due diligence to making sure that all the i’s were dotted and the t’s were crossed. I’ll admit that we had a rocky start trying to get ahold of them in the beginning, however, once we got ahold of them they’ve been nothing but wonderful to work with. We got our preapproval within a few hours and David has answered any and all questions that we’ve had. I may edit this once we’re all done but for now I’d recommend them to anyone looking to get a VA loan done.
