Don't do a car loan through this bank. They're part of the automaxx scammer scheme. The owner for automaxx had fraud on him when he had a car lot in moncks corner and had to close because of it. Now they run automaxx through his sons, the dangerfields. They sell bad cars and this bank is in on it. Beware of their pyramid scheme!!!! This bank doesn't care if automaxx sells you a bad car as long as they get their money!!! Stay away!!

I have a auto loan out with Anderson and I can not get any information about it. The website is a payment portal only, doesn’t show any kind of account details. I have contacted them on 4 separate occasions and for whatever the reason may be they will not send me any statements. Completely blind with this loan, absolutely horrible service. Why is a monthly statement so difficult to obtain? I can’t even get electronic versions.

This bank will leave you on hold for over 30 minutes and whenever you finally get someone on the phone they will hang up on you. It’s happened to me numerous times. I’m stuck with a auto loan with this bank and it’s my biggest regret. There is no way to access the payment online Bc they changed the whole website around. So you have to call in order to get your loan paid and you have to give them all of ur personal information like card information/ social. The morning of your payment date they will harass you and keep calling until you answer the phone but when I call nobody is anywhere to be found. Wish I could give 0 stars

Called one afternoon for a loan and got a call back the next day. Loan was approved and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Got there early and only had to wait about five minutes. Linda moneymaker made us feel like we were old friends and all paperwork was ready. All banks should have their branch managers take lessons from her on how to treat customers. I will highly recommend this branch to my friends for their banking needs. Great place to do business and sorry I didn't know them until recently.

I've had several experiences with Anderson Brothers Bank and my most recent transactions prompted me to write this review. On my way to Myrtle Beach to pick up a new ATV, I called Sue to see if she could get me a better rate than what the dealership offered. As I was making the drive with an empty trailer, she worked to review my loan application and contact the dealership for documents. When I arrived, my application was approved and the dealership paperwork was completed. I needed to take a few pictures of the 4wheeler and sign the dealership paperwork. I picked up a check in Myrtle Beach and brought home my new toy. I'm throughly impressed with the level of personalized customer service and diligence to complete this transaction within a few hours on the same day. Thank you again!!
