Mohammad at Jeff Cook RealEstate was THE BEST realtor we could ask for. Helping us find our first home I knew would be a challenge, but never this much of a challenge. Mohammad was very right when he said buying a house is a literal roller coaster. Throughout it all Mo stayed dedicated and committed to seeing us get into our first house - sending us listings , communicating with listing agents (that weren't so easy to communicate with) & keeping us up to date through out it all was all I could've asked for. After looking at a couple homes, we finally found the one for us but the stress DEFINITELY didn't stop there. Our transaction took a while to close due to various circumstances but, like I said Mo stayed a dedicated agent and fought for us until the end! Finally we closed on our first family home and I honestly couldn't be happier or more thankful for everyone involved. Thank you to Mo, & Jenny and anyone else involved at Jeff Cook Real estate for getting us here, we couldn't have done it without you!

I would recommend never dealing with this agency if you don’t have to. They do not honor fair or ethical business practices. I recently put a bid on a home where the sellers agent was Jeff Cook Realty, all bids are to be kept private until the seller accepts an offer. I offered $300k and the winning offer came in at $302k. This is obviously a disgustingly obvious example of how this bid process was not ethical as details were obviously provided so one potential buyer had the advantage of buying this home. This is unethical and very disappointing that companies actually conduct themselves with this type of blatant disregard for fair practices or moral decency.

I have never been one to give perfect scores in evaluations, however I deem it necessary to change my position on scoring based upon my experience in working with Clemond Brown and his team in providing a professional and quality based service in our search for our new home.
