Had the pleasure of working with Ms.Sue she helped me to get and auto loan for the car that I wanted and also a golf cart ..she’s very fast ,knowledgeable and great at her job would give 10 stars if it was available!!!
On every visit, everyone I come in contact with is courteous and nice. I needed a local bank and I was able to open the account with no problems. The young lady helping me was friendly and made the process seamless Before seeing the billboard, I had never heard of this bank. Glad I found it. The only problem I see is that there are not that many locations in our area. The parking lot of the location where I opened my accounts is very hard to get in and out of.
Terrible experience and terrible communication
When I was turned down so many times and just wanted to give up Ms moneymaker was there to make things actually happen . She didn't let me down and it means more then she will ever no . I can now move forward and make things happen for my family in 2023 She told me what I needed to do and we got it done . . The guidance and acknowledgement she gave was the best I have ever received. She is one of the best and awesome at what she does !

Hiring process is ridiculous. Interviewed with ABB on October 13 2021 and did not hear anything back. I left a voicemail and a message for the hiring manager on October 22 after not hearing back a week later after they stated they were urgently hiring. He informed me that they were still making a decision and I would hear soon. On November 1st after still not hearing anything I reached out stating that I could not wait to hear back any longer as it had been almost 3 weeks since an interview. The people were very nice and I was looking forward to an opportunity with ABB but the lack of communication between them and candidates is not a good look.
