It was a great experience working with Julie at Crescent Mortgage! She was very responsive to emails as well as phone calls and had answers for any question I came up with through the process and helped guide me through the process which can be a lot for a first time home buyer. Julie Taylor was an absolute big help, very informative and detailed with all information. Made the entire process easy to understand with adequate timing to complete each step. Also was sure to establish proper expectation on what is or was going to happen and allowed proper preparations. Overall an outstanding experience, especially because this was my first home purchase and she made it a good one.
