Pam Roben and Samantha Roberts were responsive, efficient and friendly during every step of our refinancing process. Crescent's rates were very competitive, but the staff is what really made the difference. We had a great experience overall, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for competitive rates along with competent local service.

Working with Julie Taylor with Crescent Mortgage has been an awesome experience. We didn't have experience with a new build and Julie has walked us through and answered the 100 questions that we have had. Julie Taylor was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was very thorough when explaining the process to us and was helpful every step along the way. She was transparent when it came to rates in this crazy market! She also got us a great deal on lowering our PMI which made the payment lower so we loved that! I would highly recommend working with Julie at Crescent Mortgage, she will get you the best rate and payment possible with fantastic and personable service!

My fiancé and I worked with Julie Taylor. We received THE BEST service. She was very informative throughout the whole process since it was my first time buying a home. Pam Roben is absolutely the best!! She talked me through every step and always took care to make sure I knew what was going on and the status of our loan. She is just the nicest woman and I am so glad we were able to work through her for this process! We had a very easy time working with Crescent Mortgage for our first time home buying experience!
