Editing my rating because my issue did get solved. They don’t know how to do their jobs clearly. My dad died in 2020. My mom brought his death certificate and paid off his credit card to close his account. They have this on record. They never closed his account and two years later someone hacks into his credit card. The only reason I found out is because I noticed the bank had been taking $25 out of my account for four months for something not even related to me to transfer to my dead fathers account. I really only use my account to pay my credit card. I’m not even legally liable for whatever money my dad owes, his wife, my mother is. This bank stole from me and refuses to give me money money back. They also forced my mom to pay off the credit card again even though no one has the card and none of us have tried to use it. They failed to do their job and now they are making us pay for it. You would think that their system would flag that someone who has been dead for two years should not be making charges. To make matters even worse, not one time did I receive any letter in the mail or any message on my account that they would be taking money from me to pay for their mistakes. Shameful! Edit to add the manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to my mother. We were also told we would receive a call after visiting weeks ago to follow up, never got one!

I recently opened a new account with PCFCU. Wanted to check and see if a direct deposit had been added to my account. Was on hold for over 30 minutes and continued to get the recording. I tried to access my account through your portal 6 times and it keep saying I had a invalid account. I left my my phone number for a return call following the instructions on the message. I still haven’t received any feedback or message from PCFCU.

Clearly they don't want or need anyone's business. I tried calling several times and never got through, and no one ever responded to my callback request. I went ahead and applied for a loan online and still, no one is contacting me!! I have now applied elsewhere - unfortunately they have higher rates, but at least I can reach an actual person.

Less than 1 star! Still on hold listening to recorded messages. This is ridiculous! But oh no, let someone be late with something and there are fees involved! I am a victim of fraud and I need to speak to someone! Going to move my money! I said what I said!

In addition to choosing the call back feature presented during your first few minutes of holding, you can also reach our Card Department directly at 803-376-8068. You can also lock your debit card using online/mobile banking to also prevent any additional fraudulent charges. Everyone in there is very friendly from the staff that greet you at the door to the tellers. I would like to show much appreciation to Todd. Everytime I have a question or put in for a loan to a credit card he is there to help. He is very friendly and down to earth. I love banking here.
