The mortgage process can be confusing, complicated, and require a lot of patience. Cardinal has done multiple loans for me and they always do their best to make it work no matter what. Jensen helped me every step of the way and made it as easy and painless as possible.

I can’t say enough about this highly professional group!. I have used Phil and his group several times myself to buy, and refi over the past several years. My son used them with great success as well. Extremely friendly group, knowledgeable, quick to find solutions. Very honest and dependable staff, that’s constantly working to get you exactly what you need, and in my case even more. I will not use anyone else except Cardinal. This was the best experience we could have ever hoped for. Tyler is awesome, from the very beginning he told me he would keep me up to date on everything that was going on. Since we were buying a home out of state it had its own hurdles. I will be honest, I had my doubts but he kept his word to the very end. There was no getting me in the “door” then passing me off to someone else. If I had a question I could text or email him and within 30 minutes he returned my email or text or he would call me. I am one of those people that normally don’t do reviews, but Tyler earned my gratitude and appreciation for his professionalism. I highly recommend Cardinal, I’m sure the rest of the people there are probably just as good, but Tyler was OUTSTANDING!

Awesome and easy experience with this mortgage company. We closed on our house 01/20/22. My primary contact was Tyler. He was straight forward and easy to get ahold of. Very responsive to any questions. I was able to call or text him any time of the day for anything. This whole team made our home buying process very easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a mortgage company.
