I have to give a HUGE shout out to Chris Gonzalez of SouthState Bank! Unfortunately another loan officer took a hiatus on a deal of mine with my wonderful buyer clients and friends. I called Chris 8 business days before we were supposed to close on this multi-million dollar home, desperate because we had a lot of fun things & people lined up the day following closing (more details about that later 😉). I was honestly just hoping to close within a month but I Chris and his team worked very long hours and had full dedication to getting my clients to the closing table on time. I'm happy to say they met our timeline and my clients were able to close on their original closing date...I'm pretty sure that's a new record in my 18 years in real estate! Thank you Chris for always showing up, being completely dedicated to your clients and serving them, myself, and our brokerage at the very highest level. You're ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in our book!
