For anyone that has purchased a home you know it can be, stressful to say the least. Especially the financial aspect of it. From the beginning to end, the group at CrossCountry Mortgage was able to make this part of the home buying process seamless. We had some challenges with our financials, as we are self employed. Kasey at CrossCountry Mortgage was able to navigate through this and make this dream a reality!! So often the phrase “couldn’t have done it without them” is over used and undervalued but in this experience I can say with certainty there is no truer statement for Kasey. Much thanks to Steve, Kasey and the entire group at CrossCountry Mortgage!!

UPDATE: Still have not closed on my house but have found out that concerns I had and questions I asked were answered with blatant vagueness. Would not recommend closing with this company that will not communicate and will try to add thousands of dollars to your closing costs at the final hour. Buyers beware! Overall have had a good experience so far. I am expecting to close in the next couple of weeks, but so far they have been very responsive and have answered all of my questions. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they could have done a better job of explaining what all of the documents are that I was signing, but as mentioned before if I reached out with questions they were quick to respond an answer. Would definitely recommend.
