Steve did a great job. Everything went smoothly. Probably my ownly complaint is communication. Would have preferred a more proactive approach, but they were prompt when I reached out.

Cross Country has been everything you’d hope your mortgage lender would be! They were quick to suggest what would work best for my wife and I’s situation, laying out what options would be beneficial for us. They’ve been responsive about the process and have been quick to answer any questions at any time of day. They have accommodated us in all the ways that we’ve asked and have been super friendly and considerate the whole way. Steve and Kacey make an awesome team and have made this process painless.
