Poor customer service throughout the life of my loan. They are now requiring a $4 processing fee just to pay your mortgage online.

We deeply apologize for not meeting your expectations and any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note that the vendor we use to process online loan payments charges that $4 fee for one-time payments, and it goes directly to them to cover their services. We understand how frustrating this may be, but unfortunately, this fee is outside of our control. One of our bankers did reach out this morning to offer alternative payment methods to avoid the service fee, such as setting up a recurring payment plan. We hope one of those alternative options will work for you and meet your payment needs. We appreciate your business and value your feedback which helps us improve our services moving forward.
