I was referred to Angie and her team at Cornerstone by a friend. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They were quick to answer questions by email and text, and practically held my hand through the whole process. I was very grateful to find a group like that, especially since I haven't bought a home in over 20 years and the process can be quite daunting. I hope to not have to move in the near future, but I will definitely be calling Angie's team if I do!

This is the second time we have worked with Mr. Daniels team, both experiences were great. They are very helpful and responsive, even dealing with the pains of independent contractor financing.

I worked with Sam Bursch's team to originally get my loan a little over two years ago. It was a great experience and I know I can count on Sam's team to help where they can. The engagement from Sam is GREAT! 5 STAR service for sure. Now for the source of the actual rating being toward the next service group. My loan was transferred to what I assume is some corporate/management office in New Jersey. The web interface for managing the loan is limited. The quality of customer service is hit and miss when I call them but the worst part is their technology is very dated and the reps don't always know how it works. I'd have liked to setup automated bi-weekly payments over the last two years but to do so you must print a form and mail it in. Oh well I did not have any issue making the monthly payments manually through their interface, which is the only good thing I can say about it. I ordered a payoff statement a little over a week ago on a Monday and was told I would have an electronic statement generated in 4-5 hours. Still don't have that. I was told a physical copy could be faxed (2-48 hours received) or mailed (7 days). I assume most people would prefer using email or some mobile application but Cornerstone is not caught up in this regard. Turns out after calling multiple times and using their Live Chat (which I was manually disconnected by the rep twice) I found out the electronic delivery of the statement is not going to happen and the physical delivery is 7-11 business days. If this statement is what provides me the direction to payoff the loan and I requested the payoff date to be 10 business days after the request, I should have been warned that I may not receive the statement in time or not have been able to set the payoff date until after the statement is guaranteed to be delivered. This has been a terrible experience for the course of a couple of weeks and one that feels out of date for the last two years. I am not thrilled about leaving this review on the Central Region group but I think you need to know what to expect in the long-term. Update: I did finally get the payoff statement the day before the payoff date. I did have to call and confirm the wire was received as it took time for the system to update. Now I'm just waiting on the final steps. If you decide to use Cornerstone, Sam's team will take care of you but if you end up having your loan transferred to their NJ office don't expect much.

This is our 2nd home we have purchased using Cornerstone Haag team. We cannot express enough how pleased we always are with them. We had run into a few slight roadblocks on this last purchase and Angie's team is always on it and makes the purchase as smooth as possible. We highly recommend them to everyone we know as they will not disappoint.

Cody Hardridge and team were amazing to work with and even though our mortgage was a long and difficult one, they stayed on top of everything and got it all squared away. If you are looking for a team to work with, you can beat the Hardridge Team at Cornerstone.

We had the most INCREDIBLE experience with Brooke Hukill and her team at Cornerstone Lending. We had been looking for a home for almost 2 years and Brooke was always by our side. When we finally did find our new home Brooke was still by our side to complete our move from California to Oklahoma. Brooke’s assistant, Alyssa was fabulous also. If Brooke wasn’t available Alyssa was always there to take my crazy questions. I NEVER had to wait for communication. As a company I must say they went ABOVE and BEYOND for us when purchasing a home.
