I cannot say enough good things about the Hines Team at Cornerstone Lending. At every step of the mortgage process, they were always on top of things and kept me informed along the way. I had lots of questions and the Hines Team patiently answered all of them. As anyone knows, the home buying process can be very stressful...so many moving pieces, inspections, lending, packing, etc. The Hines Team took away a lot of my stress during this last month with their excellent service and communication. Beyond the lending side, they even sent me some helpful videos and some checklists to help me with packing and things like remembering to forward mail and call utility companies. Without question, the best experience I've had with a lender. Highly recommend!

We started off using Cornerstone because it was a preferred lender for our, then home builder. Our contract fell through on the house we were selling and we didn't end up getting the new build. When we got our house under contract again, we contacted Cornerstone. Sam Bursch was amazing every step of the way. He gave us numbers quickly. He always answered the phone or email promptly. We never wondered when something was going to happen. We got weekly updates from the team and when we would reply to those updates, got quick responses! Sam was honest about the process. I hope I don't move again for a really long time, but I will definitely refer anyone I know to Sam.

After speaking with a few prospective home lenders, the choice was clear. Through every step of the process, I was continuously surprised by how genuine our conversations felt. GENUINELY LIFE CHANGING! We got the chance to meet with Dominic Dangora and his amazing team last year when we were applying for our first home. Dominic made things so easy for us! We had some credit hurdles to get over and he aligned us with a powerhouse to get us where we needed to be. Dominic and his team LITERALLY made our dreams come true.. all while in this crazy pandemic too! lol The icing on the cake was this year - we just refinanced with a lower rate and we couldn't be more happy! First home we bought together and the experience was amazing. Steven was great at showing us the homes we wanted to see. We were very last minute on everything and work full time. They still were able to cater to our schedule and find us a home in the area we wanted to be in. Cody is an awesome loan officer. He kept us in our budget and worked very hard to get us a good interest rate and payment we were comfortable making. I would use them again in my next home purchase. Overall it was a really smooth process. I appreciate all of the hard work from each team member involved!
