Travis was patient, available, and very knowledgeable! The application process and ease of submitting information was a breeze! The communication was excellent and explanation videos of each step was a plus!
As first time home buyers Travis made the loan process very simple for myself and my fiancé. He was thorough in explaining every detail and welcomed any and all questions that we had. He even responded to questions on weekends when we were out house hunting! Highly recommend working with Travis and UHM.
Travis was recommended to us by our realtor. From the first time we reached out, Travis was always readily available to help with pre qualification letters and advice on what kind of offers we could afford to make. The market was really hard to navigate, so there were a few houses that we looked into before finally getting an accepted offer. I don't think there was ever a phone call that was not answered during this period. Travis's quick response and knowledge of the field truly helped us purchase our first home. We are so thankful for him and the team at Union Home Mortgage! I highly recommend giving him a call if you are in the market for a house. We were very happy with our decision to choose someone local.
