10/10 recommend ruoff to anyone and everyone. Kristee was a pleasure to work with and was over the top awesome at what she does. The process was painless and everything handled in a timely matter all of my questions answered and needs met and I would choose ruoff 1000 times over and if I ever decided to make a purchase in the future

Jan did a great job! Communication was excellent, and she always explained anything I didn't understand. She was great to work with, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and patient! She even came to my closing to support me and give me useful tips.
