Jeff was very personable and he and his team always got back to us about any questions or needed materials.
My Loan Officer Jeff Satre was easy to talk to, easy to reach and made the process easy to understand. He walked me and my wife through each step and would explain what was happening and answered all our questions.
Jeff and his team has been phenomenal through the entire process from start to finish. As a military family, the moving process can be very stressful. But with Jeff and his team, they made sure there was not one thing that we forgot to sign or review. They provided reminders within a timely manner to ensure we stay on track to avoid any issues at the end.
