Approved was very effective at their job. Their loan officer was very knowledgeable and explained the pro's and con's of each option I had. When it came to closing there were unexpected problems on the sellers end and Approved made sure that we not only closed on time, but also made sure we were compensated for the problems that arose.

Carrie Johnston was so amazing to work with throughout the entire home-buying process!! She was always so quick to respond to my many questions and always kept me updated every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about Carrie and the team at Approved Mortgage! I highly recommend!!

Sean helped us so much with the purchase of our home. We switched loan agents 2 weeks before closing and he worked extra hard to get us the best deal and still be able to close on time!
