I have purchased several homes over the years and this is the first time I have not had some glitch at closing. I have had clients going through closings and there was always a last minute scramble for something. I was waiting for something to happen, but everything went through without a single solitary problem. Connie was a true pro every step of the way. She knew exactly where there could be pitfalls and we navigated around them before they became issues. She was very proactive every step of the way.
