Don't waste your time. Spent 15 minutes filling out information on State farms website only to be asked more questions when they contact you. Wouldn't be a problem but when I asked for a tailored quote for two vehicles & home Nathan in New Glarus ghosted me. Thought he may have forgot and emailed again, two weeks later no response. Defiantly not professionals and not who you want in your corner when you need help.

I am not sure what happened with the quote, this seems very out of character for Nathan and our office. We have had a few e-mail glitches with our email redirects in the past few weeks. Which our provider has assured us was fixed. I’m curious to know which email you used for him and when these were sent so that I can verify the receipt of the email. Would you send that to me? Sarah@sarahdrewinsurance.com. We would like to make this right with you, thank you for bringing this to our attention. What we can do is make sure our technology is working properly and discuss our follow up strategies to make sure we are providing the best service possible to all of our prospects. Sorry to have let you down. Upon further review looks like quotes for the auto were sent to your email on file 2/24. There appears to be an issue with the email address on file for you. We have resent.
The team in this office is amazing! Everyone is so willing to help and they welcomed me in as one of their own right away. Super happy choosing this office after moving to the Madison area a month ago. Come in or call and we will all be happy to help you with your insurance needs!
