I filed a claim. One phone call and the process started and went quickly and seamlessly all the way to the end. I never had to wonder what was happening. Communication was great! Unlike past experience with other companies I was very impressed!

The worst insurance to work with. They do audits and tell you that you owe them money but you produce bank statements showing them you have paid more than they are telling you that you owe they seem to forget that they did an audit. I was sent to collections for an audit they did internally and then when they were called out on the money paid they seem to have lost my number. Worst ever. I will reporting them to the consumer financial bureau with the federal government for further investigation.

We have lived in north, central, and now southern Wisconsin and Rural has covered six homes and at least 20 cars for us (3 teenagers) during that time. There have been a few claims, all taken care of very well.
