THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT YOU. THEY CONTINUE TO JUST PASS THE PUCK AND NEVER CONTACT YOU BACK AND IT SEEMS RICH WHO IS HANDLING MY WIFES CLAIM IS ALWAYS GONE WITH EVERY EXUSE UNDER THE SUN AND DWAYNE IS NO HELP EITHER. MY WIFE FRACTURED HER ELBOW AT A HOLIDAY IN EXPRESS NEARLY A HALF YEAR AGO RURAL MUTUAL AGREED TO HELP US WITH HER MEDICAL BILLS THAT ARE NOW IN COLLECTIONS AND THEY FLAT OUT IGNORE US . FINALLY FED UP TODAY I LEFT A MESSAGE WITH TONY THE SUPERVISOR REGARDING THIS. LETS SEE IF HE ALSO DON'T GIVE A HOOT. TO BE CONTINUED.

I got a crack in my windshield this Spring. With just two phone calls, I was scheduled and ready to have the replacement made. Easy!

I was put in touch with Rural Mutual after one of their clients Badger Basement Systems put me in touch with them when they flooded my basement. It took a week and me calling multiple times to a full voice mail inbox to finally get the agent to my home to review the damage. Once he came out we reviewed all the damage and he said he would get back with me. After calling 6 times and 2 weeks later I finally hear back from the agent that they have decided to deny my claim due to the fact that Badger said "they didn't do it". They provided no evidence to that front other than well they said they didn't, so they didn't.
