BEWARE….We’re not sure who we’re dealing with. We know it’s a liberty Mutual (Not the local guy) rep but the rep could be in France for all we know but they must not have local adjusters. Our vehicle was stolen two weeks ago and since then what expectations they do set are never met, never. It was suppose to have been towed within 48 hours of being assigned a “adjuster”. That never happened. Days later we’re told we can take the car wherever we want (it’s drivable) but the adjuster who’s in France has no idea of that. Car is taken to a shop the estimate is sent to Liberty Mutual that same day. After hearing nothing for days from the rep WE call them AGAIN he tells us, mind you we know he hasn’t communicated with the shop, we need to get him pictures. Talked to the shop they confirm they had never heard from Liberty Mutual. We take pictures and upload them to their app.. Once more crickets till today when we call AGAIN. Our pictures weren’t what he needed, had to be the shop. He said he called the shop already. Again they had never heard from him. He couldn’t tell us who he spoke to. Aaaand everything is a 48 hour delay no matter who might cause the problem. It’s been a disastrous process with absolutely zero customer service from Liberty Mutual, ZERO. They have contributed absolutely nothing to the process of course having no issues taking our payments every month. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
