Great agent and wonderful staff who are always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Very good at answering emails and phone calls in a timely matter, if you don't understand something they go above and beyond to help you understand. Been with State Farm for over 40 years. Our first agent retired then we switched to another sf agent who only seemed interested in pushing coverage we didn't need and couldn't afford and could never get any answers from that agent. So we switched everything to Melissa's Agency and have been very pleased with her and her agencies professionalism and we always know they are there when we need them. State Farm's motto "Like A Good Neighbor State Farm Is There", and for this agency it holds very true

Terrible customer service and nothing but problems / lack of communication. Have dealt with much better agents and service representatives in the past.
