David - Mike Campbell was my previous AmFam agent. I haven’t had a personal review of my insurance policies since he left. It would be nice to be able to connect sometime. I have no complaints and your staff has been great to work with when I’ve need to make changes or have questions.

Was given him as a new agent my old one retired has yet to reach out to me have not heard anything from his office You would think the professional thing to do is to reach out and introduce your self The only agent I have had was Dave my old agent and I have only been with American family but I believe that is going to change shortly Please do better David Weitz

Poor group of individuals. I bought a home at 20 and called and asked what I should do with a tiny hole in my roof. I called just for advice because I was young and uneducated. They then put a home owners claim on my account that I was unaware of until switching from them. So that was great now I have a false claim when they didn’t even fix it I had it fixed privately because the damage was smaller than my deductible. Also, charging me way to much for the same coverage another commercial company can give you.

I believe there is some confusion because we show that the claim was filed by you through our online self-reporting claims portal. We would love to clear up any miscommunication on how it was filed. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions regarding the claim, our website, or your rates.
I feel like with insurance companies the “wow factor “ doesn’t normally come in to play until you have to file a claim. I wouldn’t say that’s the case with David. He has been super knowledgeable and extremely helpful with insuring multiple properties and vehicles of ours. This year we had a hail storm come through our town and so we had to file a claim for our roof. The process was super fast and seamless all the way through! From the time we called him to the time the work was completed, everything went exactly how he described, and he communicated with us the whole way through! I would highly recommend David to any friends and family. Thank you, David!
