Took my car in for auto body repair after hitting a snow bank. Great work. Great customer service. Jasmine went above and beyond all expectations and made me feel valued as a customer. She provided me with regular status updates. There has also been an issue with my insurance company. I told her that I would contact them. She told me not to worry about it, that she would get it taken care of. The whole process ran very smoothly. Highly recommend!

Great car, bought a 2008 VW Jetta. No rust from what I can see and runs and drives great. Interior was nice and clean, plus a great affordable price.

I was having a minor body repair done on an older car that my son drives. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Options were explained and the price was very reasonable compared to 2 other shops. They did a great job and were up front on everything. Will definitely go back in the future.

Just want to start out by saying this company is by far the most efficient and reliable company I have worked with. Jasmine is on point with communication, giving you updates through every step of your repair without ever having to wondering what’s going on and how far the progress is! The repair side, the guys did a fantastic job. Looks brand new! 10/10 recommend and will be the only body shop I will be going to from here on out.

Bought a car from them that was loud due to flex pipe deterioration that they fixed… my car kept leaking oil and I ultimately found had a head gasket leak. Needless to say they sold me a lemon. Don’t buy here.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your purchase. We did indeed assist you with replacing your flex pipe. When you brought the vehicle in you had stated that you had an oil change done at a different location here in town and you were leaking oil, we did put the vehicle on the lift and we did take photos and video showing you that the oil filter that was not in properly and it was leaking oil. We did recommend that you did take your vehicle back to where you had received your oil change so that they could take care of the issue, as the vehicle was not leaking oil prior to. We were more than happy to replace the pipe but unfortunately we could not assist the issue that was not done here.

Bought a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta from here. My SO and I took it out for a test drive, in town on the highway, etc. Drove 1 hour 40 minutes home. No lights on the dash. The following day, checking engine light came on so I went to O'Reilly's to get it scanned. It popped up a P2181 code which is a cooling performance code. I reached out to Jasmine to ask about this and she said there wasn't any check engine lights on when they had it. She told me she will look when she got back in the office. Told me it could be low coolant. Filled it up but the light was still on next thing you know the red flashing temperature light came on. Turns out it was a sensor that the clip fell out. It was dumping coolant at this point. When asked about it and said I would like my money back she said we sold it "as is" so you're in the habit of selling unsafe vehicles? People can sue for this kind of thing. She was willing to get it looked it but not willing to have it towed there. I live 1 hr 40 minutes away. So far I have had to replaced 2 sensors and the bolts for the intake manifold are so rounded and rusty I now have to to take it VW just to replace a thermostat. This is ridiculous. I will never buy a car here again.
