I called to ask for an estimate on my vehicle, and they instructed me to send over images via email. I did, and after 11 days of not hearing anything, I decided to call to check in. They told me they did not receive the email. Fine, despite my email saying it sent, I understand these things can happen. I resent the email, they verified they received it, and they told me they would get an estimate back to me the within the next day or two. After another 9 days of not hearing anything I called back. They told me their system was down and busy and there were "other auto shops in the area". I understand being busy and not being able to take on more work, but do not give me a timetable and blatantly disregard it with no response. Looking at some of the responses to previous reviews, they do not seem professional at all.

Bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta from them recently after the first 3 days the check engine light came on. The car had a misfiring engine. The heat does not work I bought the car on a hot day and unfortunately did not figure it out in time.

We used Delavan Autobody to repair damage caused in a minor accident. Jasmine was very helpful and gave us a quote in a timely manner. The pricing was fair compared to other quotes we received. Our Subaru has a special paint that can be tricky to match. They did a great job matching it perfectly! We are very happy with the final product and the turnaround time was impressive. One of the worst experiences I have had with a shop. Screwed around with my truck for 3 days for an estimate for hitting a deer. Their excuse for taking so long was that they were waiting on a quote for an alignment which is the dumbest thing I’ve heard as I called another shop to get an alignment after the fact and was given a quote before getting off the phone. When I decided to not get the work done there the “free estimate” turned into a $270 fee to get my truck back and blamed it on us for not understanding when they never mentioned once there would be a fee. They claimed a “visual” estimate is free but anything further is labor cost which I understand but they never once said it until after as if to almost trap us into using their shop. Mind you all they did was remove my front bumper and charged me $270 which is insane. Insurance company even told us they have issues with this shop and to take our truck elsewhere. Will never return.
