Was looking at buying a used 4Runner. Asked if they could inspect it for me, and they did it on the spot. Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and an awesome guy, completely unbiased as well. 100% recommend these guys!!

Tyler's a great guy, gives it to ya super straight forward, they don't make me feel dumb about the questions I ask, and overall are super reliable and well priced with the work they do

I've never once left a bad review. But I'm trying to save you guys money, DO NOT go here, they used to be great and within the last year have gone downhill. 2 different vehicles with the same issues they "fixed" multiple times.They repaired the trans lines on 1 of them and I understand mistakes happen but they blew off driving home. All the tranny fluid leaked out and the tranny was not in good shape, anyone with half a brain knows you messed up big time. But I've been loyal to this place. So.... Then they charge you $130 for a $5 part, have you come pick up your vehicle and guess what, it doesn't even work because they didn't look at the big problem you clearly told them about multiple times, THE TRANSMISSION. It gets better but worse. So then after they charge you $130 for $5 fittings and call you to come pick up your car and it doesn't even get out of 1st gear. So you take it back for them to call and tell you the tranny is done. What a joke. Don't you think as a mechanic you would make sure a vehicle actually runs and drives before you charge the customer?! I will recommend to anyone and everyone to not go here for ever!

This shop is so honest and doesn’t belittle a lady with not so much knowledge of vehicles. Such great quality work and the staff are very friendly! I’d recommend anyone to bring their vehicles to Grays service as it’s the best around town by far!

Had a fuel pump replaced due to the gas gauge not reading correctly and what they did didn't fix it. They also had it for just under 4 weeks. Took it to another shop and they said that they did replace the fuel pump but it was bent. I would suggest taking your vehicles here.

I got brakes repaired. In and out the same day. I was very pleased. Now about 2 weeks later I am hearing metal on metal sound when braking and I can't get through to them until Monday.... ugh!!! Immediate response to my complaint
