I got my brakes and rotors replaced and they were awesome; it was easy to schedule my appointment and they completed the work fast too!

I took my truck in for a squealing noise and they replaced the serpentine belt and tensioner pulley and told me they fixed it but didnt fix the issue. I brought it back again a week later and they told me they were going to tear apart the starter and it didn’t fix the issue and after that they said they wanted to pull my transmission and look at that for only $1000. Apparently they just guess at what’s wrong and unable to diagnose an issue. Guess I’ll have to take my truck to another shop with more qualified technicians.

Grays is the only service I will go to. I have had different things done here. Oil change is just one. The people are friendly and the prices very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I went to get a tire change and after they got everything done, they told me a HUGE list of things that’s “wrong” with my vehicle. So they told me my whole front end of my vehicle needed to be done. It will be at least $2,500 worth of work. If not more! Oh I have 30 days to get it fixed or my warranty of my tires are not valid. Okay, so I got a 2nd opinion from a real mechanic. They told me I have NOTHING wrong with my vehicle. They showed me what this so called shop said was wrong with my vehicle. THIS PLACE WILL TRY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU!! DO NOT GO HERE!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!

The staff is very good and knowledgeable about my concerns and I will keep coming back . Thanks P.S. they also put in new pressure sensors on my tires

I've been going to Gray's for years and NEVER have I had any issues. I've read some of the not so happy reviews and it makes me think you just can't please everyone, so i decided i will tell you about my wonderful experiences every time i go there. Gray's does not have backyard mechanics like I read in another post, all the guys actually know what they are doing unlike some other places I have gone to and been lied to just because I am a girl. They are honest and get my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They are all so friendly and helpful I would recommend that EVERYONE goes there, and doesn't believe the bad reviews on here. Like I said in the beginning some people can't be pleased and some people exaggerate.
